After a few weeks of major headache from other contractors and our warranty company, WIREONE was a breath of fresh air!! Working with them was an excellent experience from beginning to end. Their reception desk was incredibly helpful and kind, answering all of my questions and offering solutions for what worked best with my situation. Our electrician, Ron, did a fantastic job. He was thorough in checking everything out, and even taught me a thing or two along the way! He even took the time to join me in talking on the phone with my warranty company to ensure we got the coverage we needed for the service. If we ever need more electric work in the future, this is the first place we will call, and the first place we will recommend to anyone who needs it. Thank you WIREONE!

Ron was very professional and was able to explain what needed to be done so we could understand him. He completed the job we needed and we asked for an estimate for work we were wanting done. He did a safety evaluation for us as well, as our home is 64 years old. We are getting the upgrades we need to keep us safe and updating the wiring for today's needs.We highly recommend Ron!

Stan did a great job explaining my options for the job I needed done. I feel like he went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with what he was proposing. Recently had some installation work done. First time using WIREONE. They exceeded expectations across the board: prompt response to my inquiry, full information, easy scheduling, arrived on site within the window, very skilled and professional work, easy going demeanor; even saw a problem I had not known and threw in that fix with the rest of job. HIGHLY recommend. Not cheap - nor inordinately pricey - but well worth it.

We were experiencing problems with our old and a new dryer, and became concerned about electrical issues. WIREONE booked us a same-day appointment, although they were very busy during sub-zero weather. They kept us updated by text, as to when the electrician would arrive, and sent us his name/photo for identification purposes. Ron Mueller listened to our situation and very thoroughly inspected our home's wiring. At every step he explained what he was doing and why (and was able to tell us in layman's terms). After his inspection, Ron told us what to tell our appliance installer about hooking up our dryer. He also explained about Surge Protection and installed a unit at our request. Ron was knowledgeable, conscientious and very nice. Our dealing with the company was excellent. We would not hesitate to utilize this service again and would highly recommend them to others.

Stan is one of the best electricians I've ever had the pleasure to have taken care of the electrical job that I had to have fixed. He knew exactly what to do and how to fix it. He is very good at what he does. He was able to answer all the questions that I asked. He also mentioned some things about the house that we could do if we were interested. Lane was personable and professional. He did a thorough inspection and talked through our options. He was honest and direct. He repaired what he could in the same day. Larger projects will be completed in the future when parts are ordered and available. Stan and Anthony came for another call. They were prompt, respectful, and professional. They installed a whole house surge protector; brought our fuse box up to code; mounted our tv and installed the wires through the wall for seamless look.
